Tom Flagg

Project Manager

Tom Flagg

What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?
Some say I’m a good singer, but you’ll never know unless you catch me at late-night karaoke.

What is your favorite project you worked on and why?
My favorite project was the first one I was on during my internship. It was a cGMP Manufacturing Facility for a Pharmaceutical company. The project was large, intricate, and demanded a lot of time and effort from many different people. I was not completely sure if this was the career I wanted to dive into, but after that experience, I knew it was right where I belong.

How did you get into construction?
My first experience was working in the residential sector doing concrete foundations in high school. I then transitioned to building patios, walkways, and retaining walls in college. Then I started my internship with Commodore.

What is one thing on your bucket list and will accomplish it?
I would like to own a car restoration business one day. It will allow me to do something meaningful with my passion for cars.
