Director of Permitting
What is your favorite project you worked on and why?
Santander New Bedford Branch. This project was the first downsizing that the bank had ever done in an active branch. The bank went from 10,000 SF to 2,500 SF in the same footprint. It was a great job and I met a lot of interesting people.
How did you get into construction?
My father was a residential contractor, so I have been around construction all my life. While in Middle school he would make me help him and type his contracts because he did not know how to use a computer. I later joined the New England Carpenters Union to help pay for school. And that’s how it all began.
Who or what inspires you?
Innovation. Innovation causes everything around us to change and adapt including us. New innovations push me to think outside the box and stay creative.
What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?
Going to Hawaii.
