What is your favorite project you worked on and why?

My first job out of college was a precast parking garage. The super I was working for there was and has been such a great role model for me and gave me the opportunity to fail in order to learn. It was a tough job and he made it really fun for the entire team. I still find myself calling him for advice to this day and we try and get together and play cards when we can.

How did you get into construction?

I used to always follow my grandfather around any chance I got growing up and he was always working on, fixing or building something around his house, and I just thought that was so cool and fell in love with the ability to build. Then started working for a family friend in high school and never looked back.

Who or what inspires you?

My Dad. He’s the most hardworking person I have ever met, and he always goes above and beyond to put people before himself. He’s always sending my siblings and myself motivational and educational videos, links, and quotes.

What is one thing on your bucket list, and will you accomplish it?

Become a scratch golfer, maybe if they make the holes a little bigger!
