Long Wharf Custom House Interior and Exterior Renovations

The interior and exterior renovation of the historic Long Wharf Custom House consolidated 9 shipping bays with interconnecting hallways and a common core. Scope included structural repairs for new central stairs, corridors, and new elevators, as well as high-end lobby finishes and bathroom upgrades. Located on Boston harbor, construction was coordinated around ocean tides, with the basement level flooding multiple times a day.
