Renovation and adaptive reuse of retail spaces at the high end shopping center, The Street. The project expanded the building, reconstructed facades, and completely replaced the roof and mechanical equipment. The facility remained operational during significant utility modifications, requiring intensive preconstruction and precise logistical planning.
