About This Project
The projects at 601 and 701 Edgewater Drive consisted of the construction of two new 160,000 SF office buildings, totaling 320,000 SF. The two, five-story office buildings mirror each other in design. The buildings are flanked by two free-standing, multi-level parking structures.

- 572,000 SF
- 33-month schedule
- Two 250-car parking garages – 150,000 SF and 102,000 SF
- Vibratory probe compaction was used at 601 Edgewater for ground improvement prior to spread footings
- 701 Edgewater utilized concrete piles for a deep foundation system
- Each office building opens to a two-story atrium lobby and contains a 6,000 SF cafeteria, with full kitchen facilities
- Performed 95,000 SF of tenant interior work for anchor tenant
