About This Project

Restoration and renovation of Memorial Hall, one of Harvard’s signature historic buildings. A full year of preconstruction services provided budgets and analysis of different materials and access issues given the complexity of the project. Scope included the renovation of Memorial Hall and Annenberg Hall, construction of 2-story kitchen addition, and the restoration of study rooms and performance stage.

  • Loker Commons, a 15,000 SF student center, was carved out of the historic building’s basement space
  • MEP coordination focused on avoiding costly changes in the field, and in turn saved the client money
