The new development features a six-story office building and an eight-level, 813-space parking garage with an enclosed, climate controlled, connecting pedestrian bridge. The project features include large strip glass windows separated by architectural precast concrete spandrels. Before construction could begin, three existing office buildings were demolished and intensive preconstruction planning phase was required.
