Watermark Development Horizons’ Center

New construction of an 8-story mixed-use building comprised of steel framing, concrete decks, rain screen, brick, curtain wall, and metal paneling. Also included building one level of below grade parking and one level at-grade parking. The facility will provide childcare and administration space for Horizons for Homeless Children, office space for social service programs, and ground floor retail space. The project scope included construction of two 2^nd floor playground spaces. They are one level above the street and are accessed directly from the Horizons classrooms with colored 3Form slats surrounding both.
