About This Project
New construction of a 2-story, FDA-certified, seafood processing plant and headquarters. The building includes processing areas, loading docks, conditioned storage areas, and office space. The processing areas feature structural steel and 4-6 insulated metal panels for refrigeration properties. The office features large curtain walls for beautiful views of Downtown Boston and Logan Airport. Commodore worked closely with subcontractors to coordinate the unique MEP systems into an efficient, cost-effective loop that provides flexibility for equipment adaptations in the future.
