About This Project

Commodore provided preconstruction and construction management services for the new, five-story, Class A office building and five-level, 1,000+ car garage.

The office building is comprised of structural steel and poured concrete slabs on spread footings; the skin is a mixture of curtain wall glass, terracotta rain screen, and decorative metal panels. The garage is a precast concrete structure on spread footings. The office building and garage are tied together with a newly raised 40,000 SF plaza area.

Project Specifications

  • Demolished an existing 103,000 SF office building to make way for the new project
  • Green-roof courtyard connecting the parking garage and the building’s main entrance
  • Features a two-story lobby with a monumental staircase, a full-service cafeteria with a living green wall, a fitness center, locker rooms, and a game room
  • Commodore also completed the interior fit-out for Cimpress/Vistaprint’s new U.S. headquarters
