About This Project
After completing the new 10 CityPoint development, Commodore was hired back to complete the new six-story 230,000 SF office building at 20 CityPoint. The new building located on the same site, adjacent to the 10 CityPoint office building, with an enclosed footbridge on the 2nd level connecting the two. Due to the close proximity of the adjacent building with operational tenants, the team coordinated with owners to develop a safe construction plan with as little workplace interruption as possible. A new 172,000 SF, eight-level precast concrete addition to the existing 10 CityPoint garage was also included in the project scope. Due to the challenging logistics that came with this tight site, the team performed BIM studies to map out optimal traffic and delivery routes for an ultimately successful project.

- 800 SF, five-foot thick strong concrete slab, used for engineered tests and studies
- Features extensive use of sustainable building materials such as to achieve the LEED platinum certification
- Completed interior fit-out of Simpson Gumpertz & Heger’s offices on floors 1-4
