Room & Board

The historic Sherman Building was adaptively re-purposed to accommodate the needs of the new tenant, Room & Board. Located on the corner of Newbury St and Mass Ave, the four-story brick building underwent extensive rehabilitation, including structurally stabilizing the building, and repairing exterior masonry walls. The structure was expanded with a new, four-story, above-grade and one below-grade addition, which extends the Newbury Street elevation with an infill.
