What’s your secret talent that no one knows about?
I like to paint in oils and watercolors – objects or landscapes when the mood strikes!

Who or what inspires you?
I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my mother.  She always had a smile on her face no matter how hard she worked and loved everyone.  She and my father had 6 children in a two-family home, and I do not know how she worked outside the home part-time and took great care of us, and stayed sane.  We had a happy life with great memories.  She was well respected and always gave more than she received. I miss her.

What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?
One of many things on my bucket list was traveling to Morocco.  We almost made it last month until the Covid-19 virus hit.  This fabulous trip will be rescheduled.

What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
A long time ago, I hitchhiked from New London, CT with my boyfriend who was stationed there while in the Navy all the way to Plymouth, MA and we make great time to our destination! It was a lot of fun meeting different drivers along the way, one ride was in a laundry truck. Thinking back, I would never do that today-it was crazy!
