Who, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most? And why?
My grandmother. She had such a profound impact on my life. I’ve learned so many things about her since her passing and having the opportunity to ask her more questions about her life, thoughts and reflection would be the best gift.
Who or what inspires you?
Hard work. I really believe that nothing in life that’s worth doing is ever easy. Having a strong drive to finish something that is challenging and committing to it without getting derailed is something that sparks inspiration in me.
What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?
To visit every continent. This definitely isn’t an easy feat but something I’ve aspired to do for as long as I can remember. I have a long way to go and will likely have to wait until retirement to visit some of them, but I think it’s something I can achieve with a bit of convincing and some strategic planning.
What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done?
After college, I decided to complete the Camino de Santiago, a 500-mile walk from France to Spain. I walked for 30-days straight (not a single day of rest!) and averaged 16 miles a day. It was a true testament to the mind, body, and soul.
