Who, living or dead, would you like to eat dinner with the most? And why?
I’d love to cook dinner with Julia Child. It seems like it would be impossible to have a bad time hanging out in her kitchen. She could give me some tips and tell me all about what her life was like in France.
How did you get into construction?
I grew up in a construction family. My dad was a residential builder and developer, and my mom was a real estate agent. I spent a lot of time touring construction sites with my dad and following my mom around at open houses as a kid.
Who or what inspires you?
There’s nothing that makes me feel happier and more at peace than being by the ocean. I’ll sit in my beach chair in a winter jacket and hat and gloves, just to be by the water.
What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?
I was supposed to run my first half-marathon last summer, but those plans were derailed due to COVID. I hope to pick my training back up and sign up for another one next year.
