Multi-floor tenant build-out for Vistaprint/Cimpress’ new headquarters. High-end finishes were included throughout the space, such as radius ceilings and soffits, plank ceilings, custom acoustical clouds, radius flooring, custom millwork, wood doors, and glass office fronts.

• 2-story lobby/lounge space with a monumental staircase
• Full-service cafeteria, fitness center with locker rooms, office and conference spaces, terrace green-roof courtyard
• Data Center with multiple MDFs & IDFs, Café, Training Center, Telepresence Rooms, Photo, Video, and Audio Labs
• Interior work occurred in conjunction with base-building construction
