SimpliSafe’s 113,000 SF custom-built headquarters embraces a new way of working that best supports its dynamic, hybrid team and advances its founding mission of making every home secure.

Their new headquarters represents a tangible demonstration of their commitment to flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. The people-first space consolidates many of the company’s key functions under one roof, including dedicated lab and maker spaces alongside semi-open and -closed collaboration spaces outfitted with state-of-the-art technology to support hybrid work and a “tiny house” that mimics a living room, as well as an exclusive roof deck patio space for socialization and meetings for those who may prefer an open-air environment.

Scope includes open office space, a library, café areas, conference/training areas, collaboration space, and a 24/7 call-center.
