The multi-level renovation for Bain Capital’s Boston headquarters included a build-out of the 44th floor, as well as restacking, realignment, and select renovations on numerous others. Interior build-out scope included private offices, open office space, conference rooms, meeting/team rooms, phone rooms, pantries, and a café. The project featured MEP upgrades, heavy AV components, and the installation of a decorative stair connecting the 43rd and 44th floors. All construction activities were performed on occupied and operational floors. Phasing and logistical planning were critical to the project’s success.
