Office space renovation for Industrious on the 16th Floor of 100 Summer St. Scope consisted of selective demolition, minor concrete work, new partitions, millwork, K-13 ceilings, ACT ceilings, doors, frames, glazing, glass storefront systems, bathroom remodeling, HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades, new light fixtures, fire alarm upgrades, fire protection upgrades, and finishes.
