Veeva SystemsOffice Build Out

Two phase, 30,000-SF tenant fit-out of a shell space on the 30th Floor of 100 Summer Street. The design features a mixture of private offices and open plan seating, eight conference rooms, a reception area, and amenities space. Amenities space includes a game room, large café, a coffee / hospitality bar, and a full service catering kitchen / servery area. Coordination efforts included laser scanning and slab scanning. The project was completed in an occupied, active building in downtown Boston.
