OSRAM Sylvania New Headquarters

The consolidation of two previous Massachusetts OSRAM locations into one, this facility serves as the regional R&D headquarters for the multinational lighting manufacturer. The building features private offices, open workstation areas, meeting rooms, pantries, bathrooms, a fitness center, and shower rooms. The project featured the installation of a monumental “ray” staircase with 250,000 LED’s in the ceiling which required extensive mapping and subsequent electrical reworks.
