Extensive renovations throughout the lobby of an occupied office building. The new lobby updates include new wall treatments throughout, new lighting, a feature wall, and a new glass entry to the amenity space, located in the building’s basement. The scope also included the demolition of the 2nd floor, a white box finish of the 10th floor, and upgrades to the 6th-floor bathrooms and roof deck.
