17,369-SF tenant fit-out on the 13th floor of One Main Street in Cambridge, designed to support collaborative work and flexible programming. The scope of the project included a full demolition followed by a high-end build-out of offices, conference rooms, and phone rooms. In addition, a multifunctional café was constructed to serve as a reception, event, and gathering space. Additional scope included a specialty lighting package, demountable office fronts, and metal feature ceilings.
