Cramer Productions Interior and Exterior Renovation

The interior and exterior renovation of Cramer Productions’ office building involved architectural reconfiguration, new rehabilitating finishes and signage, and new construction of an entrance and roof deck. Reworked MEP systems and installation of Loki Box Design Modules required intimated planning and attention to detail in an occupied space. These Design Modules, former maritime shipping containers repurposed into collaborative work rooms, are so large the team needed to manually open the front of the building.
