19,000 SF high-end corporate interior fit-out on the 38^th penthouse floor of One Federal Street. The renovation included new office partitions, 13’ high specialty ceilings, a new cafeteria with custom millwork, and a sublease area with several conference rooms, offices, and cafeteria. Build-out also included relocation of existing HVAC systems and mechanical units with a tie into the new system, new electrical and lighting system, and new bathroom and plumbing fixtures including a shower.
