The new development features a six-story office building and an eight-level, 813-space parking garage with an enclosed, climate controlled, connecting pedestrian bridge. The project features include large strip glass windows separated by architectural precast concrete spandrels. Before construction could begin, three existing office buildings were demolished and intensive preconstruction planning phase was required.

• 179 precast architectural panels (149 spandrels, all with the combined white and gray mix design, 17 architectural infill panels and 13 architectural base panels), totaling 22,100 SF

• After the base-building completion Commodore built five tenant fit-outs, including anchor tenant, Wolverine Worldwide
