About This Project
20,000-SF office expansion on the 8th Floor of 222 Berkeley Street. The office build-out from shell condition included the transformation of conference rooms, offices, and phone rooms. Additional scope included yoga studio, locker room, added restrooms, and employee café. Base building restrooms and elevator lobby renovations were also completed.
