Fast-track, multi-floor tenant build-out of SGH’s second headquarters office. The space features a mix of open offices, lab space, seating areas, conference rooms and collaborative workspaces. The team developed a complex laboratory on the first floor including a heavily engineered, high-strength concrete slab grid for testing equipment and materials without noise disruption. Due to the complicated nature of SGH’s engineering operations, intensive preconstruction preparation and modeling was conducted for successful installation of utilities and systems.
