Individual offices, workstations, conference rooms, a full kitchen, and amenity café were carefully connected by a large central interconnecting staircase with a pre-engineered wood, 3-story atrium. The pre-engineered wood atrium creates a stack effect necessitating a rated fire protection barrier, featuring an elevator smoke screen protection system, new fire rating walls, and fire-protection Won-Doors.
