The Boulevard Luxury Condos

The new construction of 12-story cast-in-place post-tension concrete residential building, included 31 luxury condominiums, 5 artist’s lofts, underground parking garage, three 2-level penthouses with private roof decks, and 3,500 SF of commercial space. Two facades of the historic Sheply Bulfinch building were preserved and integrated into the new building, while the rest was demolished. The parking garage is the first automated guided vehicle parking vault in Boston.
