This renovation and addition on the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel and Executive Conference Center was completed on a 6-phase schedule, with work planned strategically around operational employees and guests. The 56-acre campus, which is contiguous with wetlands, required careful coordination around extensive site work including drainage, paving, and lighting.
