Boston Park Plaza Multi Floor Renovations

The multi-floor renovation of the historic Boston Park Plaza Hotel involved all new flooring, fixtures, and finishes in both public and back of house spaces. All construction, including a full rework of the entrances and lobby area, was completed in an operational hotel while maintaining egress for the guests and staff. This required wide-spread synchronization with ownership, hotel management, our subcontractors, and both Boston Fire and ISD Departments to complete safely and successfully.

• Conducted on the terrace level, lobby, 2nd-floor, 4th-floor, entrances, and vestibules
• Sweeping renovation featured millwork, new and restored Plaster Corbels, new LED lighting, new plumbing/restroom fixtures, and new kitchen/bar equipment
• Scope included installation of all new art and FF&E
