35 Channel Center 44 Condo Units with Retail Space

About This Project
The adaptive reuse of this building from the early 1900s, created 44 residential units, an underground parking garage, and a mix of restaurant and retail spaces. The exterior restoration required 100% masonry repointing, widespread window replacements, and the installation of massive wooden entrance doors with appropriate historic detailing. The interior renovation uncovered the building’s original timber structure and incorporated exposed heating and air-conditioning ductwork to compliment the historic aesthetic. The luxury condominium building meets all of the needs of contemporary living from new elevators to state-of-the-art security systems.
