With over 20 years of experience, Jim’s goal is to enhance the value for our clients. His deep knowledge of costs during preconstruction planning helps to guide our teams through the cost planning process with a disciplined approach. He takes the time to understand the scope and project details to ensure they meet the client’s overall goals. Working closely with our Project Managers, he serves as a valuable member prior to project initiation, assisting with general conditions study, procurement schedules, and develops detailed estimates at each design iteration. Jim and his team provide clients with the numbers and information needed to make smart, informed decisions about their project.
