What is your favorite project you worked on and why?
I choose the two-2.2 million-gallon conical base anaerobic digester project in Green Bay, WI.  This was my favorite project due to the unique challenges we had to take on with the construction of the post-tensioned conical base.  It was an extremely complex build that required months of planning and sequencing, prior to and during construction.  After several months of construction of the conical base formwork, reinforcing, post-tensioning conduit, and cabling installation, each digester cone was placed monolithically.  Each placement was 36hrs long from start to finish.

How did you get into construction?
From the time I was a kid, I enjoyed building and creating things.  Doing home projects with my dad or seeing what my uncles constructed at their work and their homes, interested me growing up. The path into construction is one that seemed natural.

Who or what inspires you?
I draw inspiration from many different things, but a good underdog story probably inspires me the most.  I believe goals/dreams can be achieved through hard work and determination.

What is one thing on your bucket list and will you accomplish it?
To own a lakeside cabin in Maine.
