Renovations to an existing two-story office and laboratory building, including full exterior replacement of curtain wall window framing, glass and doors, removal of exterior decorative sunshades, reconfiguration of interior office and laboratory spaces, new finishes, casework and furniture, modifications to HVAC including two new AHUs, laboratory process and plumbing, new pH neutralization skid, lighting and electrical systems including new building switchboard and modifications to roof steel dunnage for new rooftop unit.
