About This Project
Two-story addition to the existing LOC facility. Scope included shallow foundations, structural steel, masonry/ curtainwall building envelope, and core MEP/FP components as well as a combination office/conference center/fitness center interior fit-out. Site finishes included landscaping, site lighting, and a covered walkway to the existing parking garage.
