Biogen Bio6 5th Floor Lab Renovation

Design-assist services and renovation of laboratory and office space. Scope consisted of demolition and interior build-out of the 5th-floor, with extensive updating of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Research and collaborative office areas combined stylistic feature walls with integral environmentally controlled spaces. Special consideration was taken for disposal and safe transport of building acid/lab waste, which ran through the site and was kept active throughout construction.
