Dean College Horne Residence Hall

The new residence hall was completed as a design/build partnership with CBT Architects. The two and a half story building features a brick and siding façade, pitched roofs with dormers, and well-defined double-hung windows. The building sits on a corner site that creates an internal courtyard, anchoring a group of existing student residences with a common gathering space.
