Harvard Business School Cumnock Hall

The renovation included upgrades to common areas, extensive window replacements, new air handling units, and interior conversion to create new office space. BIM modeling and coordination was critical to the relocation of utilities and installation of a ducted return HVAC system. The team worked with the professors to create sound-treated, customized “cubby” style office spaces.

• Included demolition of a large, auditorium style classroom in the basement
• Project completed in the center of campus with a limited laydown area, careful placement of the crane and foot traffic coordination was imperative
