Town of Littleton Littleton Senior Center

About This Project
The new 17,600 SF multi-story senior center addresses the Town of Littleton’s space needs for programs that support the senior population, residents with disabilities, and all those in need of assistance. The new facility is wood and steel construction built into the existing slope and is handicapped accessible, with two levels and an elevator. All new buildings systems are required, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.
The senior center is designed to be all-electric with solar panels on the roof. Located adjacent to the Reuben Hoar Library, which Commodore completed in 2021, the work will be performed on a tight site with neighbors close to property limits.
