SmartLabs Boston Landing

Multi-level fit-out of an existing core and shell building. The new space features workstations, offices, conference rooms, lounge/café areas, laboratories and maker spaces. Modifications were made to the existing MEP/FP systems as well as the electrical and Tel/Data to accommodate the new partition layout & life safety codes, and new systems furniture are located in the open office space.
