Restoration and renovation of Memorial Hall, one of Harvard’s signature, historic buildings. A full year of preconstruction services provided budgets and analysis of different materials and access issues given the complexity of the project. Scope included the renovation of Memorial Hall and Annenberg Hall, construction of 2-story kitchen addition, and the restoration of study rooms and performance stage.
