Santander Office Renovation

Santander was relocating their existing office space from one location to 75 State Street. This phased renovation and office consolidation included coordinated demolition and reconstruction of existing occupied spaces on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, reworked MEP systems, and construction of new open plan workstations, private offices meeting, huddle and conference rooms.

• Involved 38 separate phases and sub-phases, since each space was fully-occupied
• Aggressive, fast-track schedule
• Before this project, Commodore completed phased renovations to Santander’s existing office space on the 3rd and 4th floor
