About This Project
The renovation of Restaurant Row at North Shore Mall was built in three phases. The first created an exterior restaurant promenade connecting the existing PF Chang’s to the Legal Sea Foods restaurant. The second phase modified the existing mall building to allow exterior facing tenants to engage with the new promenade. The third phase renovated and reconfigured all common areas.
