Broadluxe Condominiums

The renovation and addition included updating two 6-story brick buildings in Boston’s waterfront Financial District. The project expanded luxury condominium space and entailed major renovation work surrounding an existing restaurant. The restaurant remained operational during construction, necessitating succinct yet comprehensive communication with owners and restaurant managers.
