The luxury condominium building was constructed as 12 distinctive units, each with 2 parking spaces, ultra-efficient HVAC units, 9-foot ceilings, and best-in-class architectural detailing. The condos range from 1,100 SF-1,900 SF and feature open and flexible layouts to accommodate any owner’s preferences. The team worked with the client to customize many of these units and make the desired changes requested by the future owners while avoiding schedule delays.
