100 Hemenway

This project includes the demolition and reconstruction of two existing buildings into one address with a common core. The project scope includes the demolition in its entirety of the existing 104 Hemenway building and reconstruction with conventional wood framing and new masonry façade. Scope for the 108 Hemenway existing building includes partial demolition and full reconstruction/sistering of existing utilizing wood framing. All units feature high-end finishes and flooring, with a total of approximately 120 beds for students and young professionals.
