Patriot Care

The renovation of the ground floor and mezzanine level of 21 Milk Street. Project scope includes initial demolition of existing partitions, MEP systems, and finishes. The interior build out featured installation of new partitions, new finishes, and reworked systems for the new Medical Marijuana facility occupying the space. The project required coordination with and approval from the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals before opening the dispensary.
